The Commandant, Nigerian Navy School of Armament Technology (NNSAT), Kachia and Maritime Component Commander, Operation FANSAN YAMMA (OPFY), Commodore Chikaji Aminu Isah on Wednesday 15 July 2026 received the Commandant, Warrant Officers’ Academy (WOA), jaji, Kaduna State, Brigadier General A Wende, members of his entourage, and Batch 48/26 Students during a study visit to the School.
The visit, which formed part of the Students’ training programme, featured a static display and familiarisation with NN weapons, armaments, and other training aids. The visit was designed to expose the Students to the School’s armament training facilities and enhance their professional knowledge of weapons and armament technology.
During the visit, the Commandant NNSAT hosted the Commandant WOA and his entourage at the NNSAT Conference Hall. In his remarks, the Commandant WOA stated that the purpose of the visit was to strengthen collaboration and inter-Service synergy, improve training packages, exchange professional knowledge on the prevailing security environment, enhance operational cooperation, and develop strategies aimed at sustaining improvements in personnel training.
In his response, the Commandant NNSAT and Maritime Component Commander, Commodore CA Isah assured the visiting team of the School’s readiness to collaborate with the Warrant Officers’ Academy in areas of mutual professional interest. He further commended the Team Leader and members of his entourage for their commitment to capacity building and the continuous development of personnel through effective training.
The visit concluded with the presentation and exchange of plaques and souvenirs at the NNSAT Conference Hall, followed by a group photograph in front of the NNSAT Administrative Block.
